Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, worn, or missing tags cannot be returned.

• Customized orders

Exchange

We offer an exchange only if:

• Wrong size received
• Defective item
• Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if the item is defective or unavailable
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
• If the item is defective or wrong, we cover shipping
